Job Description: Fluor BV is dedicated to building long-term partnerships with our clients by revamping, debottlenecking, and expanding the production capacity of existing facilities in the Process Industry throughout the Southwest Netherlands. Our offices in Bergen op Zoom, Rotterdam, and Stein offer comprehensive project execution services, from conceptual engineering to commissioning and construction support. As a Project Manager at Fluor, you'll lead small-scale, low-risk service projects or key segments of larger projects, ensuring they meet safety, quality, and profitability goals. This role offers the chance to collaborate with diverse teams, drive innovative solutions, and make a tangible impact on high-profile projects. Your Role: • Analyze and understand Fluor's prime contracts and relevant subcontracts. • Assist in preparing execution documents aligning with contractual obligations and Fluor's Operating System Requirements (OSR). • Support the Project Director (PD) in prioritizing Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards throughout the project lifecycle. • Report project status to the PD, focusing on Baseline Centric Execution, safety, quality, and productivity metrics. • Draft and manage the project baseline, ensuring thorough documentation, updates, and communication within the project team.
